Is AITU fully online?
Yes. All programs are delivered 100% online through distance-learning methods. There are no campus visits or in-person requirements.
What is distance learning?
Distance learning allows students to complete coursework remotely via the internet. Students access materials, submit assignments, and interact with faculty through our online Learning Management System (LMS).
Where is AITU located?
AITU is registered as a postsecondary institution in the State of Utah, USA. However, all programs are delivered online, so students study from their home locations worldwide.

Accreditation
Is AITU accredited?

Admissions
What are the admission requirements?

Can international students enroll?
Yes! AITU welcomes international students from all countries. Since programs are 100% online, students study from their home countries.
Does AITU issue student visas?
No. AITU is an online institution and does not issue F-1 or other student visas. Students remain in their home countries during studies.
Do I need to take entrance exams (GRE, GMAT, SAT)?
No. AITU does not require standardized test scores for admission.
How long does the application process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 7-14 business days after all required documents are received.
Can I transfer credits from another university?
Yes. AITU may accept up to 25% of program credits as transfer credit from other recognized institutions. Official transcripts required for evaluation.

How long does it take to complete a degree?
Typical completion times: Associate (12-24 months), Bachelor’s (24-48 months), Master’s (12-24 months), Doctoral (24-36 months). Actual time depends on course load and transfer credits.
Are courses taught in English?
Yes. All courses are conducted in English. Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency for admission.

How many courses do I take at once?
Most students take 1-2 courses per term. Full-time students typically complete 9-12 credit hours per semester (3-4 courses).

Yes. AITU offers semester payment plans and monthly payment plans to make tuition manageable.
Does AITU accept federal financial aid?
No. AITU is not currently approved for U.S. federal financial aid programs (Title IV funding). Students finance education through personal funds, employer sponsorship, or private loans.
Is there employer tuition assistance?
Many employers offer tuition assistance. AITU provides necessary documentation for employer reimbursement programs.
What is included in tuition?
Tuition covers instruction, access to online learning platform, digital library resources, and student support services. Books/materials and fees are additional.

How do I access course materials?

Graduation
How do I graduate?
Complete all required courses with passing grades, maintain minimum GPA, complete capstone/dissertation, submit graduation application, and resolve financial obligations.
Will I receive a physical diploma?
Yes. Official diploma mailed 6-8 weeks after degree conferral.
Can I attend commencement ceremony?
