Program Overview
The Master of Education provides advanced training in educational leadership, curriculum development, instructional design, and educational research. Students develop expertise in program evaluation, policy analysis, adult learning theory, and organizational change in educational settings. The program emphasizes research-based decision making, strategic planning, and leadership skills for improving educational outcomes. Graduates are prepared for administrative positions, instructional leadership roles, curriculum specialist positions, or doctoral studies in education.
